Tanesha Grant Keita, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Therapist by education & training and a Creator by Purpose from Virginia. Tanesha has over a decade of experience in development, organizational leadership, and digital marketing & branding in her professional and consulting career.
Clinically and through mentorship, she has helped thousands of individuals with inner healing & self-discovery and over the years she recognized that so many were paralyzed generational traumas, fear, and hopelessness concerning their inner purpose and meaning to their existence. So many women of color specifically, were constantly shrinking to fit into spaces that did not recognize their worth or power and perpetuating a cycle of identity confusion and emotional dysregulation. This inspired her vision to change that.
In 2018, Tanesha created & launched her first Online Course called #AccessYourCrown™️ that has helped dozens of women to Align with their Highest Self to Create, Inspire and Influence by Discovering their Purpose and Owning the Power of their Story. This program helps visionary women to discover their divine genius and create space to expand in a world that constantly compels them to shrink.
When she created #AccessYourCrown she also founded a community that supports her personal mission; which is to Live Love & Reflect Light. This community is a “Curated space for women to experience Uncompromising Love & Belonging — A place to exist without shame,” because Tanesha believes “where love & light (acceptance) live, shame cannot exist.”
Tanesha is committed to holding space for women of color and reflecting the light on how uniquely designed and divine we truly are so we can experience freedom & fulfillment, heal, and embrace our limitless potential.
